Do you often feel tired?
Not really, to be honest. I’ve usually got quite a lot of energy, and I enjoy keeping myself busy, whether that’s going out with friends or exploring the city. Unless I’ve stayed up really late the night before, I don’t tend to feel tired during the day.
What usually makes you feel tired?
Probably not getting enough sleep, to be honest. If I stay up late watching videos or playing video games with my friends, I can feel a bit sleepy the next morning. Other than that, I don’t get tired very easily, even when I’ve got quite a few things to do.
What do you usually do when you feel tired?
It depends, really. If I’m at home, I might lie down for a bit or watch something on my phone. If I’m out with friends, though, I usually just carry on with whatever we’re doing. I don’t normally need a long rest unless I’m really short on sleep.
Do you think you get enough sleep?
Yeah, most of the time. I try to get around seven or eight hours a night, although I sometimes stay up later than I should, especially if I’m watching something interesting or playing video games with my friends. I can usually manage the next day, but I definitely feel better when I’ve had a good night’s sleep.
Do you feel tired after doing exercise or other physical activities?
Not usually, unless I’ve been doing something pretty intense for a long time. I enjoy things like playing football with my friends or walking around the city, and I usually have plenty of energy to keep going. If anything, I feel better after doing something active than after sitting at home all day.
Have you ever felt exhausted after a particularly busy day?
Not really, at least not to the point of being completely exhausted. Even if I’ve spent most of the day out with friends or doing different activities, I usually still have enough energy to relax or play video games when I get home. I’d probably only feel completely drained if I’d had several late nights in a row.
What do you do to regain your energy when you feel tired?
Honestly, I don’t usually have to do much. I’ll grab something to eat, get some fresh air, or just take a short break. Sometimes, if I’ve been sitting around for too long, going outside and doing something actually makes me feel more awake.
Do you think you get tired more easily now than you did a few years ago?
Not really. I haven’t noticed much difference in my energy levels. I suppose I’ve got a few more responsibilities now than I did when I was younger, but I still enjoy going out and keeping busy. As long as I’m getting enough sleep, I can usually get through a full day without feeling particularly tired.

Do you often feel tired?
Yeah, fairly often, actually. Working full-time takes up quite a bit of my energy, and by the time I get home and sort out a few things, I’m sometimes ready to just sit down and do nothing. It’s not every day, though, and I usually feel fine after a good night’s sleep.
What usually makes you feel tired?
Mostly work, I think. I’m on my laptop for hours every day, so by the end of the afternoon, my eyes feel strained, and my brain’s pretty much fried. And if I haven’t slept well the night before, I definitely find it harder to concentrate.
What do you usually do when you feel tired?
I usually get up from my desk and stretch a bit, or make myself a cup of coffee. If I’ve been staring at my screen for hours, I find it helps to step away for a few minutes. And if I’m really tired at home, I’ll sometimes have a quick nap.
Do you think you get enough sleep?
Probably not, to be honest. I aim for seven or eight hours, but I often end up staying up late scrolling through my phone or reading. I can usually manage the next day, but I definitely feel better when I go to bed earlier.
Do you feel tired after doing exercise or other physical activities?
Yeah, sometimes, especially if I’ve been walking around all day or doing something physically demanding. But I actually enjoy that kind of tiredness because I feel like I’ve done something worthwhile. It’s quite different from feeling drained after sitting at my desk all day.
Have you ever felt exhausted after a particularly busy day?
Oh, definitely. Last month, we were finishing a big project at work just as I was moving into a new apartment. By the end of the week, I was completely wiped out. I ended up spending most of Sunday on the couch because I just didn’t have the energy to do anything.
What do you do to regain your energy when you feel tired?
I usually go for a short walk or get some fresh air, especially if I’ve been sitting at my desk all day. I might also grab something to eat or make a cup of tea. Sometimes, just getting away from work for ten minutes is enough to help me feel more awake.
Do you think you get tired more easily now than you did a few years ago?
Definitely, I think so. When I was a student, my schedule was more flexible, and I could stay up late without worrying too much about the next day. Now that I’m working full-time, I have to be a bit more careful with my time. If I don’t get enough sleep, I notice it much more than I used to.
