Do you exercise regularly?
Kind of, but not on a regular schedule. I usually play basketball with my friends once or twice a week, and every now and then I’ll go for a run. It really depends on how I’m feeling.
What kind of exercise do you enjoy the most?
Probably basketball. I’ve been playing it for years, and it’s one of the few forms of exercise that doesn’t actually feel like exercise to me. I mainly do it because it’s fun.
How often do you work out or play sports?
I play basketball about once or twice a week. Sometimes we’ll play more often during holidays or when everyone has some free time, but it really depends on our schedules.
Did you exercise more when you were younger?
Yeah, definitely. When I was in high school, I played sports a lot more often. These days I spend way more time studying or working on assignments, so I’m probably not as active as I used to be.
Do you prefer exercising indoors or outdoors?
I’d say outdoors. Most of my day is spent indoors, either in lectures or studying somewhere, so it’s nice to get outside for a change.
What motivates you to exercise?
Usually, it’s when I’ve been sitting around for too long. After spending hours studying, I start feeling a bit restless, so playing basketball or going for a run helps me switch off for a while.
Do you think it is important for people to exercise regularly?
Yeah, I do. I think it’s easy to underestimate how much better you feel when you’re active. Even something simple like playing a sport or going for a walk can help you clear your head and reduce stress.
Have your exercise habits changed in recent years?
Yeah, they’ve changed quite a bit. I used to play sports several times a week in high school, but now it’s much more casual. I still play basketball sometimes, but I don’t really have a routine anymore.
Is there any type of exercise you would like to try in the future?
I’d like to try hiking. It seems like a good way to stay active and spend more time outdoors. Plus, some hiking trails have amazing views, so I’d love to give it a try someday.
Do you prefer exercising alone or with other people? Why?
It depends on the activity, really. If I’m going for a run, I’d rather do it on my own because I can go at my own pace. But when it comes to basketball, I obviously prefer playing with other people because that’s what makes it fun.

Do you exercise regularly?
To be completely honest, I try my best, but it definitely fluctuates depending on how hectic my week is. I’d say I manage to squeeze in some form of physical activity about three or four times a week, whether that’s a dedicated workout or just a brisk walk to clear my head.
What kind of exercise do you enjoy the most?
I’m a huge fan of Pilates, especially reformer Pilates, because it really helps with my core strength and posture since I spend so much time sitting at a desk. Aside from that, I also love a good outdoor run when the weather’s nice, just to get some fresh air.
How often do you work out or play sports?
Like I mentioned, I aim for around three to four times a week. I don’t really play organized sports anymore—that’s more of a high school memory for me, to be honest. Nowadays, my routine consists entirely of solo Pilates sessions and running.
Did you exercise more when you were younger?
Oh, absolutely. Back in my school days, I was always at training. I did competitive swimming and played netball, so I was active literally every single day. Now that I have to balance work and, you know, adult responsibilities, it’s just much harder to find that kind of time.
Do you prefer exercising indoors or outdoors?
It honestly depends on my mood and the season. In the dead of winter, you won’t catch me outside; I’ll strictly stick to an indoor Pilates studio. But during the spring and summer, I definitely prefer being outdoors. Running in a park just feels way less monotonous than staring at a wall on a gym treadmill.
What motivates you to exercise?
For me, it’s really shifted from being about how I look to how I feel. Exercising is my ultimate stress reliever. If I’m feeling overwhelmed or anxious, a solid workout completely resets my brain and gives me a massive endorphin boost. Plus, I just want to maintain my health and mobility as I get older.
Do you think it is important for people to exercise regularly?
Oh, 100%. We live such sedentary lifestyles these days, constantly glued to our screens, so moving our bodies is crucial. And it’s not just about physical health or warding off diseases, either—the mental health benefits are massive. It’s just a really vital form of self-care.
Have your exercise habits changed in recent years?
Yeah, quite a bit actually. A few years ago, I used to think a workout didn’t count unless I was absolutely exhausted and dripping in sweat from doing high-intensity cardio. Lately, though, I’ve leaned much more into low-impact, deliberate movement—like really listening to my body and focusing on Pilates and steady running instead.
Is there any type of exercise you would like to try in the future?
I’ve been dying to try bouldering! A lot of my friends have taken it up recently and they absolutely swear by it. It looks like a fantastic full-body workout, and I really love the idea of it being a bit of a mental puzzle as well as a physical challenge.
Do you prefer exercising alone or with other people? Why?
I’m definitely someone who prefers exercising alone. Working out is my personal “me-time,” and I like to just put my headphones in, blast my favorite playlist, and get in the zone without having to make small talk. Since I mostly do things like running and Pilates, I don’t really need anyone else there anyway.
