You should say:what it was, how you completed it, why it was difficult, and explain how you felt about doing it.

You should say: who this person is, how you know this person, what creative things he/she has done, and explain why you admire his/her work so much.

You should say: what the goal is, how long you have had this goal, how you would achieve it, and explain why you set this goal.

You should say: where it was, what the children were doing,how others reacted and explain how you felt about it.

You should say: where it is, what it looks like, what you usually do there, and explain why it is your favourite place to relax.

You should say : when and where you saw it, what the sky looked like, who you were with, and explain why you enjoyed seeing it.

You should say: when it happened, who you were with, what happened, and how you coped afterwards

You should say who you helped, how you helped them, how this person reacted to your help, and explain how you felt after helping this person

You should say: Who he/she is, what kind of clothes he/she wears, how you know him/her, and explain why you like his/her sense of dressing.
