You should say: when it happened, who you were with, what happened, and how you coped afterwards

You should say who you helped, how you helped them, how this person reacted to your help, and explain how you felt after helping this person

You should say: Who he/she is, what kind of clothes he/she wears, how you know him/her, and explain why you like his/her sense of dressing.
