You should say: who this person is, how you know this person, what they do, why you think this person is energetic, and explain how you feel about this person.

One of the most energetic people I know is my older cousin, Daniel. I’ve known him pretty much my whole life since we grew up in the same neighborhood, and we’ve always been quite close.
Daniel works as a fitness trainer, so his job already requires a lot of physical energy, but what really stands out is that he’s just as active outside of work. He usually starts his day really early—like around 5 a.m.—goes for a run, trains his clients throughout the day, and still somehow finds time in the evening to play basketball or go hiking on weekends. I honestly don’t know how he keeps up that pace.
What makes him seem so energetic to me isn’t just the physical side of things, but also his attitude. He’s always upbeat, rarely complains, and is constantly encouraging other people. Even when he’s tired, he still shows up with a positive mindset, which is something I really admire.
I think his energy comes from a mix of discipline and passion. He genuinely loves what he does, and that makes a huge difference. He’s also very consistent with his routine, which probably helps him maintain that level of energy.
As for how I feel about him, I’d say I really respect and look up to him. Being around him actually motivates me to be more active and make better use of my time. At the same time, he’s very down-to-earth, so he never makes you feel bad if you’re not as productive as he is. Overall, I’d say he’s a really inspiring person to have in my life.

One of the most energetic people I know is my close friend, Sarah. We actually met during our first year at university, and since then, we’ve become really good friends.
Sarah is currently studying architecture, which is already quite demanding, but what amazes me is how she manages to stay so active despite her workload. On a typical day, she attends lectures, works on her design projects for hours, and still finds time to go to the gym or join dance classes in the evening. On top of that, she’s involved in a student club, so she’s often organizing events or participating in group activities.
What really makes her stand out as an energetic person, in my opinion, is not just her physical activity but her overall enthusiasm for life. She’s always positive, talks really passionately about her goals, and somehow manages to motivate everyone around her. Even when she’s stressed, she doesn’t lose her drive—she just keeps going.
I think her energy comes from the fact that she’s genuinely passionate about what she’s doing. She has a clear sense of purpose, and that seems to keep her going even when things get tough. Also, she takes good care of her health, which probably helps her maintain that energy level.
As for how I feel about her, I’d say I really admire her. Being around her makes me feel more motivated and productive, but at the same time, she’s very supportive and understanding. She never pressures anyone to be like her, which makes her even more likable. Overall, I feel really lucky to have her as a friend.
